City Court Clerk

The Clerk serves as the link between the Police Department and citizens.

The Office of Court Clerk for the City of Coolidge provides clerical, record keeping and administrative functions to the Police Department and the Manager for our Police / Court department. In addition, this individual performs many tasks that assist in guiding and managing the operation of local law. Below are just a few of the responsibilities of the City of Coolidge Clerk.

  • Does ticket processing
  • Notary
  • Follows all Local, State and Federal laws related to their job.
  • Collects, organizes, and maintains records
