Public Information Request

The City of Coolidge provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

Please note: Due to scheduled responsibilities and heavy monthly workloads, Open Records Requests will only be processed during the fourth week of each month. A total of 24 hours per month will be allocated exclusively for completing these requests.

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may request a form from our government offices and hand deliver or mail it.

Written Form

You may submit a request to any government employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, or letter.

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.
